406 Years of Footsteps was made for Letheringham Lodge in Suffolk as part of Landscape and Light, a programme of temporary site-specific projections and light-based works in January 2016. Letheringham is an incredible Grade 1 listed moated medieval hunting lodge. 406 Years of Footsteps was filmed in the Tudor staircase tower, a rich creaking structure that runs over three floors. The film was then back-projected in the staircase windows evoking the ghostly presence of hundreds of years of inhabitants and visitors.
